uniFLOW sysHUB establishes a connection between the SAP S/4HANA Cloud and output management systems or directly to IPP-supported printers. It can accept, analysing, and transferring output data, while offering advanced back-channel communication. Furthermore, it can enhance data from SAP technologies using external sources, such as customer relationship management environments, data archives, or composition applications, and store the digital documents back to SAP S/4HANA Cloud or an external document archive.

uniFLOW sysHUB offers a SAP® certified ABAP Add-On integration. uniFLOW sysHUB links SAP to your chosen output management system e.g. PRISMA, uniFLOW, Quadient, ObjectifLune, or directly to your IPP supporting printer and can accept, analyze and transfer output data from SAP, offering advanced back channel communication to SAP. Additionally, it can enrich the SAP data using external sources, such as CRM environments, data archives or composition applications, and store the digital documents back into SAP or an external document archive.

The certified SAP® Cloud Solutions integration allows sysHUB to receive and submit print jobs via the SAP S/4HANA® Cloud and the SAP® Business Technology Platform. The integration bridges the gap between the local uniFLOW sysHUB environment and the SAP Cloud Solutions. Print jobs are continuously tracked and monitored by sysHUB. Available print jobs are pulled from the cloud, and print job information and attachments are downloaded and added to the sysHUB job ticket to be further processed

Secured ad-hoc printing with sysHUB and uniFLOW Online

sysHUB offers, in combination with uniFLOW Online, secured ad-hoc printing for SAP users. Print jobs submitted from SAP are sent to sysHUB, handed over to uniFLOW Online, and stored in the user’s personal secure print queue until they are released to an office printer of their choice. This can be a wide variety of devices.*
