sysHUB talks your language – Seamless integration with existing IT environments

Application integration with uniFLOW sysHUB is done with the use of REST-API (application programming interface). The REST-API utilization allows sysHUB to interact with third-party ERP or DMS applications like SAP or Microsoft SharePoint®, allowing bi-directional communications and the sysHUB administrator to maintain the sysHUB installation from a single point of control without the risks of interferences.

Pre-defined connection packages to ease application integration

uniFLOW sysHUB modules are utilized to connect to other systems and receive, process, and send data to the right place at the right time.

  • Input and output channels enable sysHUB to receive data from and submit to external resources and applications and allow bi-directional communication.
  • Adapters enable sysHUB to connect to third-party applications e.g. converting engines, to submit data to be converted and receive the result for further processing.
  • cElements and process extensions are predefined process packages used to build workflows e.g. to extract XML data or barcodes from a document.
  • SAP channels are utilized to serve a wide variety of SAP S/4HANA® on-premise and SAP S/4HANA® Cloud applications, document printing, or archiving.

Connectivity that makes the difference – Connectivity Services Interface (CSI)

Besides its REST API, sysHUB offers various pre-configured connections to external systems enabling sysHUB to connect to, e.g., converting or composing tools, for submitting data and receiving the result for further processing.

sysHUB additionally offers a standardized API via the sysHUB Adapter CSI to integrate with uniFLOW DMS connections to ease file sharing, collaboration, or archiving, including connections to Microsoft OneDrive®, Microsoft OneDrive® for Business, Microsoft SharePoint® Online, and more.
