There are certain ways to kick off a workflow via process execution in sysHUB automatically:
- Input channel, like the uniFLOW sysHUB Hot Folder can trigger process execution, e.g., by placing a file to be converted from PDF to PCL XL. sysHUB recognizes the file and starts the workflow upon file storage in the hot folder.
- Schedulers are utilized to trigger process execution at a defined time, e.g., at 3 a.m. daily.
- Listeners wait (listing) for an external event to start a process, e.g., sysHUB waits until a website wants to retrieve data
